This great coffee comes from the region of Candalaria in Central America. Costa Rica is known for its abundance of fresh water with many rivers and streams. For this reason, they process their coffee by using the wet method resulting in a more refined flavor. We medium roast this to accentuate caramel, nutty, orange flavors with a heavy body and mild acidity.
